Baklava is not considered a healthy choice for breakfast due to its high sugar and calorie content. It is a rich, sweet pastry made with layers of filo dough, nuts, and syrup or honey. While it may be a delicious treat, it is high in sugar, fat, and calories, which may not provide the sustained energy and nutrients needed for a balanced breakfast. It is best enjoyed in moderation as an occasional indulgence rather than a regular breakfast option. **
